About

About Us
We are a fourth-generation family-run mixed beef/grain farm located outside of Medicine Hat, Alberta. We run a commercial herd as well as a growing herd of purebred black angus bulls. In addition, we operate a custom feedlot, offer custom farming, and are dealers for Balpaq net wrap and twine as well as Performance Seeds.

Arlin & Connie
Both born and raised in Cypress County, Arlin and Connie started Cash Cattle Co. with two quarters of land and a few cows. Together they grew the operation while welcoming three children along the way, Blaine, Rachel, and Nolan. Their skill sets compliment each other and the farm.
Family has always been an important value to Connie and Arlin, and they can often be found loving on their grandkids Scout, Brett, and Bode.

Blaine, Breanne, Brett & Bode
Blaine and Breanne married on the farm in the summer of 2017, and have since welcomed two boys to the family, Brett and Bode. They live a short distance from the main yard, on a piece of land that was homesteaded by Connie's father, David Brost.
Blaine is passionate about sustainable agriculture and he oversees cropping, equipment repairs, and maintenance. After meeting Blaine, Breanne moved here from Abbottsford and is an elementary teacher in Medicine Hat.
Brett, who shares his love of tractors with his dad, already knows all of the makes of tractors, types of equipment, and love rides in the buddy seat. Bo loves all of the animals, and is sure to love the farm life as much as his brother does.

Nolan & Beth
Nolan and Beth married on the farm August 2022, after seven years together. Nolan oversees the commercial and purebred cattle operations for Cash Cattle Co.. He loves black angus cattle and is always thinking about the next improvement or advancement he can make for the operation.
Nolan’s love of cattle has rubbed off on Beth. Her day job is in rural economic development and she loves helping out on the farm. She surprisingly has few complaints about night checks during calving.
When Nolan and Beth aren't working, you can find them working on their yard, hanging out with their dog Doug, or traveling to look at cows.
